First lets talk about Knowledge, Truth VS. Lies in what is the aspects of knowledge.
Knowledge is of two kinds,
1. Un-seen or of Nature, in Mankind this would be his design development, (to this point in time) his innate. From the hidden or Zero (0) and/or God

- Intelligence (IQ), a quotient factor of storage go memory and its recall in short, or long term memory.
- Common Sense, (smarts), the ability to figure out something and/or idea, without prior experience or understanding.
- Wisdom (Ability to use the above), mostly by development through experience, and usually through re-affirmation of the experience.

Is some learning innate?
Imprinting Operant conditioning (trial-and-error learning) Operant conditioning Wiring of classical conditioning
